The room was high standard and large and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was savoury and very very good. Overall, I had a PERFECT stay because of the especially helpful and very efficient staff members. Its location was super central, 500 metres from an ancient fortress.
The staff were very unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

This place is located in the heart of the city, right inside the modern shopping center. The service is excellent - I loved the room service and housekeeping. There are also plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. I especially appreciated the airport shuttle, the welcome drink, and the room amenities like the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The free wi-fi in rooms is great and the soundproofed rooms provided a good night's sleep. The staff were so service-oriented that they even let me see the room before I checked in.
